Legal agreements for a non-US based webhosting company

March 12th, 2009

Hello Bidders,
For a startup webhosting company (located outside the US with distributed server network) offering some unique services (shared, managed, monitored webhosting, redundant servers etc.) as well as consulting and SEO services, a set of standard legal documents is required.

The documents required are fairly standard, since this is a mature industry. They include:

- Shared webhosting agreement
- Managed webhosting agreement
- Network access SLA
- Acceptable use policy
- Privacy statement
- Monitoring and backup service agreement

I have quite a few templates and samples for the above that I can share to jumpstart this project. I will also provide details on the various clauses. So the raw info is there and someone is required to bring it together in a good legal framework.

This should be a relatively easy project for a legal assistant or a paralegal. Please only bid if you understand the nature of the industry and the scope of the project. Please provide your background and experience level. Also, keep the bid reasonable.

Please use a PM for clarifications. I am looking at moving quickly hence will probably select a service provider prior to bid expiry - hence bid promptly.
