Website Design For Hosting Company

I am looking for someone to create a unique design for a hosting company I am starting. I have $30.00 - $80.00 available to have this completed including the coding. I’m looking for a simple easy to navigate design like what Host Gator has.
The creation will include a good logo as well. The name of the company I’m trying to start is called Host Storm. In order to be selected you must:
- Have a unique idea and be able to describe how you think the site should look.
- Have read this whole paragraph
- MUST speak/type English very fluently
- Must use gtalk or skype for communication.
- Be able to create this template within 14 hours of the time I choose you. I like to have things done quickly.
