Consolidate 3 Servers To 2
I want to consolidate roughly 1,750 websites (in some cases currently empty folders) from 2 - 1and1.com managed servers, and 1 ServInt.net VPN server, to 2 HostGator Web hosting sites without moving them one at a time. Between the two 1and1.com managed servers there are 55 MySQL’s. On the ServInt VPN there are about 60 websites of which about 5 are forums.
I have about 15 contracted websites that I maintain that I would like placed on the one web hosting site at HostGator and the balance of all of the other 3-5 page websites placed on the other HostGator server.
I know this can be done, but I have never done it and am looking for a professional to do it. The bidder must understand the proprietary console and SQL setup that they use at 1and1.com.
The roughly 1,735 websites/folders can be moved as soon as you want over the next couple of weeks. Due to the fact that the other 15 websites are used daily by local governments that I contract with, they must be in place by no later than Thursday, May 21, so I will have time to change the DNS to point to the new servers over our long Memorial Day weekend in the US and be operational by Tuesday, May 26th.
