I need an expert in windows media services to create a custom plugin that would allow the users of my website to create a streaming publishing point(on the streaming server) and stream to it either using pull/push method.
The idea is to create a windows media streaming hosting panel. But there are some custom developments to be made.
The programmer must be en expert in the following areas -
- Windows media streaming services
- Windows server 2003
- C++
- VB/ASP.net
