Hosting website needed

I want a complete hosting website.
Will be able to use our domain name registry for checking domain names etc.
Will need to be able to create account in cpanel and suspend account if the customer cancels.
Will need a complete invoice system
Will need a support section
Will need a very detailed admin section where we can create packages and prices.
We want the site to be cms
If you have never designed a cms site or a hosting site then please do not bid on this as we will not settle for a crappy job.
